A house in our neighborhood went for sale and is so gorgeous. It's a cute older home with so much charm, the perfect amount of space for our family, a great spacious garage and a beautiful backyard with a little waterfall pond feature that is just amazing. Needless to say, we put an offer in and they accepted it! The offer is contingent on our house selling-and our home is officially on the market and has been shown 3 times. I am exhausted from getting the house ready & keeping it clean, doing constant paperwork, texting galore, and checking finances and doing a million other things on the to do list. I can't believe how much goes into the process. Scheduling, time frames, signatures, etc. We hope we find a buyer for our home so we can call this new place ours. Our closing date is scheduled for January 2, 2024 so fingers crossed!
