Poor Kai, has the unfortunate problem of having lots of friends move away. Niko had one close friend, Clay, move, but Kai seems to make close friends that seem to move away. Taij is one of those friends. Kai and Taij have been friends for a few years. They've been on the same soccer team a couple times and were in the same 3rd grade class together. In middle school they were able to reunite and hang out during lunch and before school. Taij is staying in Idaho, but is moving to an area past Blackfoot. Taij invited Kai to go to his last band concert before he had to move, and of course we had to go! I love that Kai has such great friends, but even happier that Kai is so good at making friends (that is one of his biggest strengths)! I'm sad he has to go through this in life, it is always hard to form friendships, and then watch them leave, but I know he'll keep being a great friend!
