We are Treasure Hunters and we scored big on Saturday! There is an Instagram page called Idaho Treasures. They hide "treasure" in Rexburg every once in awhile and post pictures of where it's hidden with clues. The pictures make it hard to know where it is so you definitely have to utilize the clues. On Saturday they hid 4 treasures-$100, $50, and 2 $25. We won the $100!Our clue was:
Take a break from your duties and get inside your truck. In a cut off flannel and a mullet request the prize with your treat!
At first I thought it was at the axe throwing place in town because of the clues, so Johnny drove out there, but they were closed. Then I re read the clue and realized they mentioned the word treat. I kept thinking, cut off flannel, truck, those are such redneck things, and then it clicked. In one of the gas stations in town there is a little soda place called Redneck Soda. I went in there, asked if they had a treasure to go with my treat and sure enough! I brought the box home to open with the kids and we won the biggest amount, the $100! So much fun for our family. We can't wait for more treasure hunting opportunities!
