We Are Alive!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm BAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCKKKKKK! We've not only been SOOO busy, but we've also been computer-less for a long time. The kindle and the library have been our friends when it comes to needing the internet! Anyways, major updating on the family and kids :)

Niko is in preschool this semester at the preschool on the BYU Idaho campus. He loves going to school, but he still misses us when he's there. He's also potty trained! Woohoo, he's so proud of it but really hates flushing (Niko has always hated any loud noise). Niko's been such a tough good boy lately, with a ton of bloodwork he had to do (with no tears or fear)and his latest dentist appointment (that was a breeze). It's fun seeing him grow up!

Kai is going on 6 months! Wow it's flown by, but he's as cute as ever. He loves to laugh and has started sleeping & napping much better (FINALLY). Kai loves toys and stuffed animals and is quite the babbler. He is so good natured, but he's starting to become attached to mom and dad.

We moved into a house right down the street from our apartment! Yay, we're finally done with our 450 sq ft apt. It's amazing to have space, a front yard and a kitchen with counter space! Oh yeah and a washer & dryer.....best part, hands down.

I was working at Head Start Preschool here in Rexburg as Lead Teacher. I loved the kids in the class, but there were other parts of the job that were not ideal and wasn't a good fit for me.

About a month ago I had kidney stones and it was awful! Since then it seems like our family has been sick with something on and off. Poor Niko has mono (who knew you could get it so young) and gets tired easily. We're glad we have a diagnosis since we were really worried about him, so now we just have to wait it out.

Last week it snowed here, and we had fun with it! It's melted since, but we can't wait for more, which feels weird to say....

Oh, and last but not least my SF Giants won the world series and it was a great run. We loved watching the games and watching them be AWESOME.

We're excited for the upcoming holidays and I promise to keep on top of updates & blog posts much better!
