Bowling Heaven!

What a fun day Saturday was!

Old roommate Ryann came by this morning to visit, I love her! She is like family and I hadn't seen her in a long time since she's been studying abroad in Italy.

Later, we went BOWLING! Niko's first time, but he's obsessed with bowling already. He plays on the wii all the time and has a toy set at home. He could not wait to do "real bowling". We went with Grandma, Dave, Uncle Nick, Great Grandpa, and part of the Caron clan (Aunt Carol & Adam).

Niko was so good, he could throw the ball all by himself, a 6 pounder may I add, and had a great stance.

The whole game he was jumping up and down, giving out high fives, and telling grandpa which one was his ball. It was such a fun experience and I loved that he could bond with our extended family playing the game. He'd yell "good job!" to grandpa, gave Uncle Nick high fives and cousin Adam helped him bowl. Niko will never forget this experience.

After we got to have dinner and play at the Carons. I'm so glad he had fun with everyone. Family is very important and I'm so glad he got to spend time with my grandpa, who is almost 92!

(I love that Grandpa has his Giants hat on in this pic, shows where my love for the Giants originated)
